About the Role
TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! As a vital member of the SMB Product Growth team, this role requires close collaboration with marketing teams, in-market sales leadership, product managers and engineering teams in a rapidly evolving environment. Key skills for success include the ability to drive projects cross-functionally and how to grow the business with a product mindset.
Responsibilities
1. Identify customer pain points in the entire lifecycle from onboarding to early stage retention and long term growth, and develop corresponding strategies and ads management product optimization plans.
2. Collaborate with acquisition teams and algo team to better segment & identify high potential customers from the very beginning and ensure their onboarding success and early stage retention, though customized growth campaigns and onboarding flow.
3. Collaborate with ads product team to improve ads performance for customers long term growth.

- Great customer centric mindset, can always prioritize customers value and experience in developing strategies and products.
- Strong goal driven sense and data sense, good at identifying and focusing on key growth opportunities from data analysis and customer researches.
- Experience partnering with international colleagues across multiple time zones and cultures, capable of thriving in ambiguity and adapting quickly to change.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer-Centric and empathetic.
- Experience with acquisition-led efforts.
- Can work with global teams across different time zones.
- Be curious.
