We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SMB Operations Project Intern to join our team. This role will support the growth of TikTok Shop's Small and Medium Business (SMB) ecosystem by ensuring smooth daily operations, tracking business performance, and assisting project owners in executing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
1. Merchant Ecosystem Management
- Assist in monitoring seller acquisition performance across multiple channels.
- Identify high-potential acquisition channels and support optimization efforts to increase efficiency.
- Track and update daily seller acquisition reports, ensuring data accuracy for internal review.

2. Seller Growth & Incubation
- Assist in the incubation of sellers by providing timely operational support
- Help maintain the seller growth pipeline to ensure smooth execution of incubation programs
