From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have tailored tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.
About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth for TikTok Shop's SMB e-commerce advertisers, focusing on increasing the volume of active advertisers.
- Identify key pain points and marketing needs of TikTok Shop sellers, and develop product strategies for ad activation, onboarding, and retention.

- Collaborate closely with TikTok Shop product teams across different markets to drive the implementation of in-product solutions within the Seller Center, including but not limited to entry points and conversion funnels.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Product Management work experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in advertising, e-commerce, or local services product growth.
- Strong customer centric mindset, with the ability to quickly identify user needs and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent data analysis skills and a strong sense of goal ownership and result-driven execution.
- Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication capability; capable of driving projects in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with acquisition-led efforts.
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
- Curious mindset to aim for the highest.
- Proficient in English and Mandrian listening, speaking, reading and writing. Both English and Mandrian skill sets are required to support clients in APAC and to communicate with external stakeholders.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $414000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
