TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses, agencies and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. To help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric strategic mindstep. You will be doing so by designing and executing scaled sales & service delivery strategies, as well as ensuring that our customers have the right tools and product at their fingertips.
We're looking for a passionate SMB Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background in a media or digital agency to join our growing Agency team in Dublin. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with media agencies across our Nordics markets, in structure with the goal of educating, nurturing and growing our portfolio of media agency partnerships. You will look to establish and strengthen your client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to help shape and sell scalable solutions to grow and support SMB customers within our agencies ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and enhance long term successful win-win partnerships with existing media/digital agencies: support their long term growth
- Establish and maintain tactical relationships with agencies, ensuring TikTok is a top partner to them
- Leverage insights, data, benchmarks to lead strategic conversations and support the agencies and their clients' growth
- Develop strategies to improve media agencies performance, including, consulting on media/digital agencies' scale up, providing creative insights, best practices, and expertise regarding budgets and revenue targets
- Manage media agencies at scale; monitoring the partner's performance through tools and timely communication with clients
- Be a point of contact to agencies, supporting them in their future growth and onboarding new clients
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- As this role covers the Nordics markets, business fluency in English is essential and one Nordics based language (Danish, Norwegian and Swedish) is essential for success in this role.
- Experience and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, ideally from a media agency or partnerships role
- Previous experience working closely with agencies, resellers, consulting businesses is not strictly required but it will be regarded as a plus
- Sharp client focus and motivated by thriving customer success
- Problem solver capable of navigate ambiguity and proactively provide effective solutions to customer needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines
- Sound analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to tell a story using data
- Experience working within a revenue targeted, fast paced, and client facing sales environment
- A genuine passion for consultative selling, strategy and seeing your impact through the growth of a book of business
