About the role:
The SMB Account Manager will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support sales in meeting its objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients. This role is responsible for partnering with the SMB clients and internal stakeholders to drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The SMB Account Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to help shape and leverage scalable solutions to grow and support SMB customers.

Responsibilities:
• Drive the TikTok SMB business and revenue by developing partnerships with SMB clients and agencies.
• Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
• Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices.
• Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients.
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services.
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
• Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• 3 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
• Understanding of the overall advertising operations and a strong understanding of the market
• Experience owning and delivering quantitative targets
• Ability to translate data into clear narratives, operational strategies, and recommendation
• Ability to manage adaptable and scalable processes.
• Proficient in Spanish & English both verbally & written (due to the business requirement in the region)
Preferred Qualifications
• Comfort with ambiguity and demonstrated ability to creatively and effectively fill operational "white space" to drive results
• Experience prioritizing and managing tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong implementation skills in adherence to structured programs
