About The Team:
CapCut is an all-in-one video editing app that empowers creators to express themselves and transform videos into creative masterpieces. In addition to its basic features, such as video editing, text, stickers, filters, colors and music, CapCut offers free advanced features, including keyframe animation, smooth slow-motion effects, chroma key, Picture-in-Picture (PIP), and stabilization to help you capture and snip moments.
Responsibilities:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.
2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with solid knowledge of computer software fundamentals, and understanding of Linux operating system, storage, network IO and other related principles.

3. Familiar with one or more programming languages, such as Python/Go/Java/Shell/Ansible.
4. Capable of solving problems systematically, with excellent communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
5. Prior experience in related computing/distributed/big data systems is preferred, such as Kubernetes/Docker/Spark/Flink, etc.
6. Possessing algorithmic thinking, good ability in data structures and system design is preferred.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $194000 - $355000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
