About the Role
The Platform Responsibility team is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead critical initiatives that uphold the safety, integrity, and accountability of our platform. This role requires a high level of cross-functional coordination, operational rigor, and executive communication.
The ideal candidate will possess strong program management expertise, an ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and a proactive approach to addressing fast-moving and high-impact issues.
Responsibilities
- Drive alignment across cross-functional partners to deliver against platform responsibility metrics. Establish clear operating rhythms, track progress against key performance indicators, and facilitate timely interventions as needed;
- Provide end-to-end program management for high-priority projects such as AI Moderation and Human Quality Enhancement. Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with broader safety and trust objectives;
- Lead initiatives focused on managing global moderation resourcing to identify efficiencies and ensure responsible use of moderation spend while safeguarding platform integrity;
- Act swiftly on time-sensitive matters affecting platform safety. Coordinate across internal teams to ensure structured responses and executive-level visibility;
- Liaise with Public Policy, Public Relations, Legal and Trust & Safety to support the development and communication of our platform safety and responsibility narratives-internally and externally.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management, strategy, or operations experience in a technology or trust & safety, environment;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and executional skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs;
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences;
- Skilled at influencing decisions in high-stakes, ambiguous environments;
- Experience on data analysis, comfortable of interpreting data metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Trust and Safety, content moderation and quality, safety & abuse, and other safety-related initiatives.
- Experience in working with cross functional partners across different time zones, cultures and languages.
