Our team is responsible for designing and optimizing the Client Incentive Platform, ensuring systematic policy formulation, execution, and performance tracking. We cover enterprise customers across the entire platform, handling short-term and long-term incentives in various business scenarios, while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all issued rebates and rewards.
Tiktok periodically offers incentives to accelerate the adoption of and investment in Tiktok 's advertising products, and to help partners build new capabilities to serve their customers. These incentives are offered to participating advertisers and advertising agencies where qualified.

TikTok has built a comprehensive in-house incentive system to drive this effort. Covering the entire lifecycle of client incentives from strategic policy planning and program rollouts to client signup, incentive distribution, and effect analysis, this system empowers TikTok to gain deep insights into regional advertisement markets, advertiser and agency sales strategies, and facilitates strategic collaboration between our strategy teams and global clients.
As a Product Manager for the Client Incentive Platform, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and advancing the company's customer incentive system. You will ensure that all incentive policies are structured, measurable, and contribute to business growth. Collaborating across multiple teams, you will oversee the accurate execution of rebates, rewards, and incentive programs, continuously improving engagement and ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall planning and product design of the customer incentive platform, standardizing policy formulation, execution, and tracking.
- Collaborate with strategy teams to design and optimize short-term (promotions, rebates) and long-term (loyalty programs, rewards) incentive strategies and execution plans.
- Manage and enhance the enterprise customer incentive system using data-driven approaches, ensuring incentives align with customer behavior and transaction data.
- Implement systematic improvements to enhance the transparency and automation of incentive policies, optimizing the user experience.
- Develop and manage a performance tracking system, establishing clear metrics to measure incentive effectiveness and drive data-backed decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy in rebate and reward distribution, continuously refining system logic to minimize errors.
- Collaborate with data, finance, risk, and compliance teams to ensure incentive policies are both effective and regulatory-compliant.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis, continuously refining incentive strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, customer incentives, loyalty programs, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of B2B or B2C customer incentive systems, including promotions, rebates, points, and loyalty programs.
- Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing incentive policy effectiveness and making continuous optimizations.
- Familiarity with financial settlement logic, with the ability to understand and refine rebate and reward processing workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to track and analyze incentive performance.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of coordinating with multiple teams to implement incentive policies.
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance requirements, balancing incentive strategies with business risks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, advertising platforms, or B2B commerce with customer incentive product management.
- Background in SaaS-based incentive management systems.
- Knowledge of automated marketing and personalized incentive recommendations.
-Proficient in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing. Cross-cultural working/studying experience is preferred. Both English and Mandarin skill sets will help you to evaluate case analysis and investigations
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $414000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
