Responsibilities
Participate in the risk identification, evaluation, governance, improvement, and tracking of data protection to address data protection pain points in business such as e-commerce, video creation, education, and international payment.
Cooperate with the legal team to transform legal compliance requirements into technical and process solutions, deal with corresponding risks, and further precipitate into standard compliance programs and guidelines to improve business compliance efficiency.
Establish and promote both process and technical systems of business privacy protection and ensure the risk convergence and privacy protection technology landing in business scenarios.
Develop and deliver internal training materials related to privacy controls and privacy certifications.
Promote the implementation of the company's privacy protection program by focusing on the development of data security and privacy protection automation tools.
Implement the company's overseas business/domestic business privacy protection program.
Participate in technical discussions with engineering and information security peers.
Track and benchmark the latest domestic and international legal and regulatory requirements and promote data and privacy gaps in the rectification process continued.
Mentor junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Security, Law, Communications, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Security, Law, Communications, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Identifying opportunities to improve security or privacy compliance processes and systems;
Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering data to build and improve security or privacy compliance programs aimed at improving security or privacy posture;
Managing security or privacy compliance projects or programs involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome;
Managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolution;
Drafting memoranda regarding legal risks and decisions related to advertising and privacy laws; and
Developing, maintaining, and improving security or privacy compliance policies and procedures.
Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 10%.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $252720 - $269800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
