Senior Content & Creator Insights Strategist - TikTok LIVE Gaming

Responsibilities

TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

We're seeking a Senior Content & Creator Insights Analyst to lead ecosystem-level content strategy and programming. In this role, you'll define segment frameworks, KPIs, and scalable initiatives across content formats and creator segments-driving cross-functional alignment through rigorous analysis and compelling storytelling.

You'll serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert, synthesizing platform data, user behavior, product direction, and business objectives to fuel content and creator growth at scale.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Content & Programming Planning
- Set directional frameworks and calendars for creator/publisher content, feature pushes, and seasonal beats.
- Translate business goals into measurable content priorities and staged roadmaps.
Ecosystem Demand & Supply Analytics
- Lead deep dives in cohorts, payout ladders, retention funnels to pinpoint high-ROI gaps.
- Partner with Algo PMs/BA/Product Ops to test hypotheses and shape traffic & resource allocation.
High-Impact Content Initiatives & Campaigns
- Design, launch, and scale content programs (e.g., gifting drives, trend reviews, feature showcases).
- Define success metrics up front; own post-mortems and best practices for reuse.
Measurement, Dashboards & Insight Narratives
- Own success metrics and dashboards for content health, creator retention and monetization.
- Synthesize complex data into concise decisions and learnings; mentor juniors on analytics rigor.
Traffic Strategy & Support Systems
- Develop traffic visibility criteria that reward quality and engagement.
- Ensure allocation frameworks align with platform standards and segment needs.
Feature Adoption & Education
- Work with PMs and Product Operations to drive adoption of key revenue/interaction features via training decks, examples, promotion and activations.

- Track feature usage uplift and refine education materials accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with Product, Policy, Marketing, and Creator Growth teams to ensure scalable, consistent execution.
- Provide planning structure and coaching to junior analysts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in data-driven strategy/analytics (creator economy, gaming, streaming, or adjacent content platforms).
- Strong SQL; proficiency in Python/R for modeling, cohorting, and experiment analysis.
- Proven ability to influence strategy via data frameworks and clear narratives.
- Experience owning dashboards/measurements for large-scale content or campaign programs.
- Strategic thinking and narrative-building from unstructured data.
- Ability to lead projects that bridge data with business decisions

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $104712 - $192534 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
