Responsibilities
• Lead a team to develop large language models, with a particular focus on intelligent interactions, text generation, and the construction and enhancement of other core NLP/ML algorithm models.
• Investigate cutting-edge technologies related to large language models and apply them to privacy-centric scenarios.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams through implementing relevant applications within the domain of privacy, including but not limited to content generation, reasoning, and code generation, etc., to address business pinpoints at multiple levels of stakeholders .

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with at least 5-7 years of professional experience in related fields.
• A solid foundation in NLP/ML-related algorithms, with comprehensive study and practical experience in specific areas of natural language processing and machine learning. These areas include, but are not limited to: text classification, sequence tagging, dialogue question and answer, knowledge graph/graph modeling, multi-modality modeling, among others.
• Preference will be given to candidates familiar with large-scale model training and RL algorithms, and those capable of effectively solving problems in large-scale model training and application.
• Demonstrated hands-on abilities, proficiency in at least one framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, including its training and deployment specifics. Familiarity with commonly used machine learning and deep learning algorithms, as well as a clear understanding of basic network model structures and text representation methods.
• Exceptional coding skills, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or C++, and a solid foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Practical experience in relevant business scenarios is preferred.
• Experience with published papers in major conferences or influential open source projects are a huge plus; we would love to hear about your projects!

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $194000 - $355000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
