Team Introduction
You will support the management and delivery of physical security operations, programs, and personnel across Europe(encompassing multiple cities, and sites), while helping to promote a robust and positive security culture across the company.
You will deliver exemplary security support services to multiple sites, including the deployment of high-performing guard teams, and respond to local incidents in a professional, timely manner. Establishing excellent cross-functional relationships; working closely with external partners (e.g. law enforcement, local first responders and industry counterparts); maintaining site risk assessment and process documentation; and supporting new office projects will also be key components of this role.

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of day-to-day physical security operations across multiple sites, including overseeing the deployment of local teams (guard, reception, and/or SOC services) commensurate with the risk profile and operational demands of each site.
- Develop and or contribute to the continuous improvement of Physical Security standard operating procedures, and ensure site risk assessment documentation remains accurate and up-to-date.
- Plan and lead physical security onboarding and training of security personnel at sites within the region to ensure highly professional and consistent service delivery.
- Support the management of guarding vendors. Ensure high quality operational vendor performance in line with key performance indicators (KPIs) and support with invoices and purchase requisitions/orders.
- Respond to physical security incidents at sites within the region, including incident reporting and after-action-reviews, and where necessary, conduct or assist with internal investigations, post incident reports.
- Update and maintain site emergency response plans covering response protocols for medical, fire, and other workplace emergencies including delivery of employee security awareness training and participation in applicable drills.
- Support the regional emergency response team program, including training delivery and recruitment.
- Support new office projects including security design of office space and in-depth understanding of local security legislation, and support the event security program, including conducting offsite venue risk assessments as necessary.
- Attend and contribute to Country and Regional Crisis Management teams when required.
- Manage a significant budget including monthly payment generation and financial year forecasting.
- Deputise for the Regional Security Lead during leaves of absence.
- Provide planning and operational support to large scale Company events.
- Contribute to and lead specialised security projects.
- Lead on cross-functional engagement and operational management for key security issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate security (as a contractor or full-time employee), with at least 2+ years in a security management role.
- Experience managing security operations across multiple sites in multiple countries with a track record of high performance and increasing responsibilities.
- High level of operational familiarity working with physical access control systems, video management systems, life safety systems and visitor management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written ability with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Sound problem-solving skills and comfortable working under pressure and delivering within tight timeframes.
- Ability to travel to other offices, sometimes at short notice; respond to emergencies after-hours; and to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as operational needs demand.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting new office security deliverables (e.g. Conducting risk assessments, high-level design of access control, CCTV and other technical security controls).
- Experience participating in guarding RFPs and supervising contract personnel, including hiring, training, developing, and managing performance.
- Skilled operator, comfortable dealing with a variety of acute incidents.
- Experience supporting business events (e.g. venue risk assessments).
- Undergraduate/Master's degree in a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to update and maintain robust site documentation including checklists, post orders, and standard operating procedures.
- String commercial awareness (budget management, market awareness,profit and loss, CAPEX etc).
