About the Team:
Search Recommendation and Traffic is responsible for ensuring that all search terms recommended to users fall within the bounds of safety and intelligently guide users to content likely to interest them. Our mission is to help increase TikTok's traffic while protecting the safety of our users.
Responsibilities:
- Moderate cases daily to evaluate BPO sites for accuracy
- Plan and conduct workflow, policies training and calibration meeting

- Manage communication and up-to-date alignments with any internal or external stakeholders
- Conduct root cause analysis to improve quality and efficiency
- Support core and ad-hoc projects by leveraging diverse skills, including the use of assessment methods
- Work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Available to work on a 5x2 shift, which includes weekends and holidays. This means working 5 days with 2 days off per week.
- Fluent in English, with strong speaking, writing, and reading skills to support global projects and stakeholders. Familiarity with local idiomatic expressions is also important
- Familiarity with TikTok and social media platforms
- An in-depth understanding of local Brazilian culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
- Strong ability to learn independently through self-guided study, with excellent time management skills and the flexibility to work both autonomously and in collaboration with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth experience and knowledge of the TikTok app
- In-depth knowledge of Social Media trends
- Experience in conducting trainings
- Experience in Trust and Safety
