The Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute significant DAU impact to the products and drive for increase in traffic and GMV.
What will I be doing?
- Inspect labeled data on time to ensure overall quality
- Thoroughly interpret and apply complex guidelines to the evaluated content
- Localize and update labeling guidelines and deliver training and calibration meetings
- Conduct calibration meetings with the labeling team (BPO/Vendor) in the appeal process: analyze different cases; record and evaluate their performance to achieve the target; and offer solutions and suggestions for the current problem to help the team improve the accuracy rate and alignment
- Work closely with POC and other relevant stakeholders to provide feedback to improve data quality
Qualifications
What should I bring with me?
- Bachelor's degree or above
- About 2 years of work experience, preferably in data labelling, QA, quality improvement
- Proficient level of Korean and English (reading, writing, listening, speaking) for daily communication
- An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
- Project management skills, familiarity with RCA and data analysis
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and respond to day-to-day challenges
- Communication skills between cross-functional internal teams and external vendors
Preferred:
- Overseas work/training experience or in a multicultural/multilingual environment is a plus
- Deep understanding of search engine mechanisms, AI, and machine learning
- Knowledge of the TikTok App, functions, and services especially related to Ads
- Familiar with common office software
