About
The legal team is growing together with our company and is committed to provide top-end in-house legal services to our internal clients. We are looking for a competent candidate to join us as SEA Commercial Counsel to support commercial, monetization and advertising matters relating to TikTok and several other emerging products. This role will be based in Bangkok.

Responsibilities
- Work with legal teams and product teams globally to advise on monetization products in SEA
- Provide business stakeholders with legal and compliance advice across a wide range of subject areas, including advertising, privacy, intellectual property, platform/publisher liability, product liability, contract and consumer protection laws
- Draft and advise on product features and platform terms of use, privacy policies and guidelines
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with advertisers, agencies, creators, service providers and ad tech companies
- Provide legal advice to business teams on marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Assist with updating contract models and templates as necessary
- Instruct and liaise with external counsels as necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in an in-house legal department of a technology company or in a reputable law firm with substantial experience in TMT work
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Enjoys being challenged, is adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment
- Strong drafting, presentation and communication skills
- Admitted to practice in Thailand or any commonwealth jurisdiction.
