About The Role:
As we expand our advertising offerings, we're looking for a dynamic Search Sales Leader to shape the go-to-market strategy and drive adoption of our search advertising solutions across our Enterprise business.
In this high-impact leadership role, you'll be responsible for growing revenue, building client relationships, and scaling our search ads business across key verticals. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Measurement) to deliver innovative, performance-driven solutions to our clients. This role will report directly to our VP of North America.
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in the leadership, development, and optimization of scaled sales organizations, deep industry knowledge, technical mastery, and the ability to drive revenue growth through innovative sales tactics and strong customer relationships.

About the Team:
The enterprise ad sales team works with some of the largest organizations across all categories. They are responsible for enabling advertising on the platform and connecting users with brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive commercial strategy and revenue goals for our Search ads business in North America
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise advertisers
- Build strategic relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners to grow search ad investments
- Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and influence development of new features and tools
- Collaborate with marketing on GTM campaigns and with operations to ensure client success and retention
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize pipeline growth, sales efficiency, and team productivity
- Evangelize our search offering internally and externally as a category thought leader
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sales with a strong track record in Search
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including experience managing and mentoring managers as well as individual contributors
- Must be willing to work in New York, New York
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, paid search ecosystems, and ad tech platforms
- Proven leadership experience managing sales teams and hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with exceptional client management and communication skills
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, ambiguous environment at a high-growth tech company
- Strong network across advertisers, brands, or agencies
- Prior experience at a search-focused ad platform
- Familiarity with self-serve ad platforms, auction-based media, and advertiser education tactics
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $146700 - $256500 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
