About
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats.

About Risk Arbitration Team

The Risk Arbitration Team is responsible for establishing ground truth on advertiser behavior, acting as an essential contributor to defining actor policies and products. The Risk Arbitration Specialist supports TikTok's efforts to identify and quantify complex and emerging risk signals. Risk Arbitration Specialists review monetized content and account level information in continuous succession during each shift to arrive at decisions on actor-level account enforcement.

Responsibilities
1. Lead a regional team of actor review specialists, focusing on actor-level investigations.
2. Lead weekly 1.1 and team meetings with actor review specialistIdentify areas for professional growth and provide necesary coaching and support for team members.
3. Report on and facilitate team adherence to efficiency and quality goals set in partnership with stakeholder teams.
4. Represent the regional Risk Arbitration Team in meetings and presentations with leadership and external stakeholders.
5. Support teammates in providing recommendations for products, process and policy improvements based on outcomes from account-level reviews.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. 2 year of experience leading or managing an operational team, with a strong focus on coaching and professional development.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
3. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive operational efficiency and quality.
4. Excellent attention to detail and passion for maintaining a high standard of work.
5. Experience working in a fast-paced tech company or digital advertising environment.
6. Fast learning capabilities, understanding the positioning of the team within TikTok's business.
7. Experience working with international teams and stakeholders across different time zones and languages.
8. Having usage and interest in short video platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a BPO / call center / customer service environment is a plus.
