Responsibilities
TikTok is looking for a curious, collaborative, and data-driven Insights Partner to join our Europe Research & Insights team, with a focus on the France and Benelux markets. Sitting at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling, this role partners closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Science, Creative, Measurement) and external clients to drive business impact through insights.

You'll be the go-to expert on turning 1P and 3rd party data into clear, actionable narratives that support sales efforts, shape thought leadership, and inform go-to-market strategies
What You'll Do
- Translate complex data into client-ready insights, using both TikTok's internal platform data and syndicated sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Data Science, Product, Creative, Measurement, Marketing) to deliver strategic insights that support commercial objectives
- Partner with the local researcher to execute thought leadership projects and surface market-specific narratives
- Work directly with clients and external partners to align on measurement frameworks, performance drivers, and market trends
- Support the sales teams with insights that elevate pitches, campaigns, and strategic planning across industries
- Represent the Research & Insights team at the Paris office and the company at local industry events, webinars, or other places where your work can come to life
Qualifications
Minimun qualifications:
- Experience in a data, insights, or analytics role, ideally within digital marketing, platforms, or media
- Proficiency in SQL and Python to analyze data at scale and automate insights
- Solid understanding of 1P and 3rd party data sources, with hands-on experience using platforms like GWI, Kantar, Nielsen, or similar
- Fluent in French and English, as this role will be working with local vendors/stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill technical data into business-impactful storytelling.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields
