The Reports & Insights Team empowers data-driven decision-making within our organization. We are committed to delivering meaningful insights that drive continuous improvement and optimize performance across all operational areas. The Reports & Insights team owns and manages operational metrics and develops robust reporting systems and analytical insights to ensure accuracy, actionability, and timeliness of information. Our focus is on fostering collaboration, innovation, and efficiency for Trust & Safety (T&S) global functioning.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline recurring operational tasks and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and platform teams to improve systems integration and data flow between platforms (e.g. workflow tools and databases).

- Build, design, and monitor reporting tools that surface key metrics and operational insights. These may include data related to efficiency and quality performance in moderation teams.
- Develop and maintain scalable data workflows (e.g. Scheduled SQL queries, Python scripts or RPA bots).
- Create and maintain data documentation both for an internal, technical audience and for partner user teams.
- Partner with management and/or internal stakeholders to define business requirements and analytical needs and execute against them.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve automation, scalability, and data accessibility in operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data automation as an Analyst or in a similar position is required.
- Proficient in Excel automation, data pipeline development, and scripting for automation tasks.
- Proficient in Python and SQL to conduct statistical modeling or data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Understanding of relational databases and/or data warehousing for concepts (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Proven analytical problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
- Ability to translate operational pain points into technical solutions that scale.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related subjects is preferred.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to thrive with minimal oversight and process, while keeping leadership informed on progress against deadlines.
- Experience working in Trust and Safety scaled operations, with an understanding of content moderation workflows or workflow management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $202666 - $88000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
