About the team:
The team is responsible for lead a world class team and set the TikTok strategy for the Latin American market, evolve the value proposition for local TikTok ecosystem and build rich partnerships with other regional teams to effectively deliver this strategy. Main partners will include regional leaders for sales, product, comms, marketing, business development and policy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the operationalization of regional and central creator and publisher programs, including activation plans, in-app programming, cross-functional coordination, event planning, project management and community engagement initiatives.
- Aggregate and analyze feedback from local teams to optimize service delivery.
- Evaluate and prioritize the pipeline of programs, partnerships, and resources in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Oversee the rollout and localization of scaled education by working closely with central scaled education and local market Programs teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in program and project management
- Strong measurement skills and data-driven
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent decision-making abilities and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Deep understanding of regional needs and the ability to tailor programs accordingly.
