Team Introduction
Our team comes from SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions.We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Relationship Management
• Provide consultative, solutions-focused advice to Regional accounts in Southeast Asia
• Independently drive and scale revenue from advertisers
• Establish strong partnerships with senior client stakeholders and ability to influence at the C-level
• Drive internal and external collaboration across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales to provide outsized value to clients
Product Management
• Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on ByteDance products to deliver measurable results
• Serve as a strategic TikTok product expert for clients, able to leverage different solutions creatively to unlock business outcomes for clients
• Analyze data and create actionable insights for clients and internal cross-functional teams
Campaign Planning and Management
• Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to clients' business and problems
• Manage internal account operations including accounts set up, campaign analytics, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
• 5 years of experience in ad sales marketing and development, or a sales-related support function
• Deep understanding of digital media platforms and related ad metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams
• Craft strategic outcomes through data analysis and insights
• High level of business acumen and driver of commercial success
• Ability to travel regionally & internationally as needed
