The Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) team, part of the Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. As our company has grown, so has our global real estate footprint. We have developed a comprehensive management model covering the entire real estate lifecycle, including space planning, transaction management, project delivery, and facilities operations.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Real Estate Planning & Programme Specialist to lead and support workplace initiatives that optimise spatial resource usage, track project progress, and drive process optimisations. This role will be responsible for managing space resources, tracking project and program progress, and delivering operational excellence across the real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical rigor, real estate experience, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure that workplace strategies support business objectives efficiently.

- Manage and optimise allocation of space resources (e.g., workstations, meeting rooms, storage), ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collect, maintain, and analyse space utilisation and occupancy metrics to identify trends and propose strategic improvements.
- Lead the development of dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven space planning and real estate decisions.
- Collaborate with the REF EMEA team to revise portfolio strategies and support scenario planning, moves, and relocations.
- Oversee the lifecycle of real estate programs and workplace initiatives, from planning to execution and performance monitoring.
- Maintain structured program documentation and reporting to track progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Align with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and organisational impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a corporate real estate or workplace-related role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage spatial resources and analyse workplace data.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and effective communicator with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Willingness to travel based on business needs.
- Prior experience in programme management.
