About the Team
TikTok's Publisher Growth & Development team is responsible for accelerating the activeness of publishers and media companies by deepening the education, enrichment and value creation for their businesses. It strives to consistently strengthen TikTok's publisher value proposition and enable every publisher to achieve their full potential on the platform.
About the Role
The Publisher Development team is responsible for sourcing, creating, internationalizing and distributing Publisher education resources according to needs across industries and key verticals to drive Publisher activeness. The team will utilize partner and market input and work closely with xfn teams such as Product, Creator, and GBS to bring world-class resources and external narratives to all Publisher types.

Responsibilities
- Design relevant and actionable Publisher education resources to drive Publisher activeness
- Own the end-to-end development of vertical-specific narratives, from initial creation through content development and external rollout
- Develop a resource creation roadmap based on Publisher Solutions, regional and xfn teams' input with the goal to drive activation rate
- Collect, review, edit and internationalise global Publisher resources and redistribute best-in-class content to partner managers globally in a trackable way
- Support the development of resource distribution and utilisation frameworks and formats to measure and improve the impact of educational resources on Publisher activeness and satisfaction
- Ensure constant dialogue with local/regional teams to ensure program deliverables are clear, ensure clear R&Rs, and collect feedback on resources from these teams for future improvements.
- Develop strong relationships with X-TikTok Education-focused teams to develop joint resources and narratives based on holistic publisher needs and touchpoints with TikTok, including GBS, GBM, Comms etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in content strategy, education and/or learning resource creation, focused on the publisher and content ecosystem
- Ability to create world-class external facing educational resources and manage resource development, distribution and reiteration process end-to-end in a cross-functional and global role
- Strong track record of working across teams, organizational structures, geographies to drive impact
- Exceptional creator/partner management capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Exemplary interpersonal, analytical and communications skills.
- Deep understanding of Publisher needs, content strategies, best practices and product adaption cases on TikTok and the wider social media/influencer industry and platforms
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment as a consensus builder across disparate business units with occasionally conflicting KPIs
- MS/MA/MBA considered a plus
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $143556 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
