Team Introduction
Mobile Ads team locate within the SMB Growth team, and focus on revenue and EMAA of mobile advertising platform, including Promote , TT Seller Center app-Ad and Mobile lite globally.
There are PM, product operation and growth operation roles in team, we are the production and operation team for mobile ads solutions.We establish a differentiated GTM strategy based on customer segmentation (3 verticals: e-commerce, non-e-commerce business, creators) to achieve revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the product team, independently managing the full cycle of complex operations including market research, product planning, testing, launch, and GTM (Go-To-Market) promotion, taking responsibility for product growth and penetration metrics.

- Data-driven approach, independently identifying opportunities for product optimization, assisting in evaluating internal and external product demands, as well as product launch and testing activities.
- Promote coordination and collaboration between upstream and downstream teams related to the product, such as but not limited to advertising products, e-commerce, live streaming, content review, risk control, payment, etc., to improve the efficiency of cross-team cooperation.
- Responsible for customer feedback and response plans, liaising with international commercial product user feedback, advertising platform customer service, and other parallel feedback teams to resolve customer issues.
- Act as the team's product expert, responsible for product training, maintaining product documentation, operation manuals, and other product operation tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in market or internet product operations-related fields.
- Possess data analysis skills and experience in using data to identify opportunities and develop product operation plans.
- Strong ability to collaborate and drive progress across cross-functional teams, including product and sales.
- Good project coordination and management skills.
- Business-level English communication skills, able to fluently communicate in English, for example in product training.
