About the role
As the Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and set-up of commercial packages and branding campaigns, while supporting the team on campaign reporting and analysis. You will directly contribute to strengthening campaign performance and growing Commercial Partnership Solutions (CPS) revenue.

Responsibilities
- Own the set-up process, campaign management and reporting for CPS and branding campaigns. Manage assigned projects to ensure flawless and timely execution, proactively troubleshooting to achieve zero-error delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including CPS, Sales, Operations and Product, to ensure aligned timelines and expectations
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable post campaign reports to clients, building successful case studies.
- Support the team to build stronger capabilities in campaign analysis and optimization, enhancing campaign effectiveness and revenue impact.
- Develop and maintain SOPs based on project management best practices.
- Act as a strategic partner to CPS in contributing towards client objectives and achieving business targets. Provide insights to inform future product and commercial package improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management or client services
- Experience on branding ad operations and improving project management processes to drive better efficiency
- Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly through the proper escalation process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
- Experience working with creators and other agencies
- Experience working on offline event execution
