Responsibilities
The PMO team support the regional General managers and assist with project management across the wider sales organisation.
We are currently looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) for the Nordics and Central Europe teams to assist with project management, and cross-team communication. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong industry experience and demonstrated stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with a fast-paced, start-up mindset in an international and multicultural environment.
- Manage professional scheduling for GM GBS, including agendas, email, client management, and other company logistics. Ensures success of key meetings.

- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to GBS Nordics and Central Europe Leads.
- Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
- Provide administrative and office support, such as coordinating with facilities team on events, seating
- Organise team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Lead on all major company social events , including venue selection, project management, logistics, and third-party management
- Lead on client entertainment; manage team wide entertainment initiatives, client experience and partner management
- Act as internal expert on internal company systems (e.g. Contracts, approval chain, purchase system) and coach others. .
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Administrative or Project Manager role.
- Possess ownership and strong execution; objective-focused and able to work independently and under pressure; self-driven and initiative-taking.
- Possess great organisation skills to manage time and schedules.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite.
- Impeccable attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Creative, adaptive, able to learn fast and think outside the box; curious about an keen on learning new things; compatible with the culture of Internet companies.
- Demonstrated objective-focused stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English language.
