About the team
The Monetization Customer Experience team provides omnichannel technical product support across our Advertising Products & Platforms ecosystem. Our team is based globally across Austin, Mountain View, London, Tel Aviv, Singapore, Tokyo & Sydney, providing global coverage for our internal and external stakeholders.
Our team partners with Product Specialist & Engineering teams to resolve issues, fix bugs & ensure the VOC of the customer is fed back into the products we develop for our team. The role is based in our Technical Product operations function, which is growing fast to develop scalable technical support solutions, delivered via in-house and vendor teams.

We're looking for a Program Manager - Vendor & Product Enablement to support the launch and growth of new and pilot products across our digital advertising platforms. In this highly cross-functional role, you'll own project execution from a vendor management lens, while ensuring internal alignment, operational efficiency, and high-quality outcomes across the board.
You'll work at the intersection of product, operations, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders to drive initiatives that enhance our platform experience, improve speed to market, and scale our product operations framework.

What You'll Do
π€ Own Vendor Relationships
- Regional vendor program management for NA technical product support CX operations team. Engage as the key POC with the vendor leadership teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services
- Own the first layer of customer experience for ad products troubleshooting, including re-engineering processes, innovating service models and driving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Lead tactical projects across day to day operations management, Workflow Management, WFM, Training & QA , partnering with in-house & vendor site resources.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for vendor management operations, ensuring the company gets the most efficient and cost-effective service from its vendor partners.
- Serve as the escalation point for any issues related to vendor performance, working with cross-functional teams to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
π Product Support
- Drive the end-to-end execution of pilot and experimental ad products from an operations and vendor management standpoint.
- Build, manage, and iterate on launch plans, working closely with product managers, engineers, and vendor teams to align on goals and timelines.
- Monitor key milestones and proactively communicate project updates, blockers, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Develop and scale operational processes that support experimentation, launch-readiness, and feedback loops.

- Define and track KPIs to measure product health, vendor performance, and operational efficiency.
- Build feedback loops with vendors, users, and internal teams to continuously improve products and processes.
- Collaborate on documentation and playbooks to ensure teams are equipped for success.
- Use data to identify pain points, drive improvements, and inform strategic decisions.

- Be the bridge between product, ops, marketing, and external partners.
- Communicate clearly and frequently-keeping internal stakeholders aligned, informed, and empowered.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration across all touch-points.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, vendor management, or project management-ideally within tech or digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of advertising ecosystems, tools, and trends.
- Proven ability to manage external partners while working cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, global environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with a knack for simplifying complexity.
- Ability to travel to vendor and internal sites, both domestic and globally, up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience launching or scaling advertising products.
- Background in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or early-stage product development.
- Previous work with compliance, procurement, or legal teams around vendor management.
