About the Team:
The North America Legal Team provides key support to a wide range of business and functional units in the United States and Canada through five major verticals on the team: (1) Ad Sales, (2) Marketing, (3) Commercial, (4) Emerging Businesses, Corporate, and Canada Legal Affairs, and (5) Innovation and Enterprise Services.
The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in setting and implementing the strategic and operational priorities of the team and building functions to execute on those priorities. The successful candidate will have a high degree of ownership of the solutions they launch and the ability to make systematic, impactful changes at our rapidly growing company.

- Manage and drive large-scale, complex projects, processes, and strategic initiatives across a wide range of subject matter areas for the North America Legal Team including (1) Ad Sales, (2) Marketing, (3) Commercial, (4) Emerging Businesses, Corporate, and Canada Legal Affairs, and (5) Innovation and Enterprise Services.
- Collaborate with legal, tech, business, and other cross-functional partners, including operations and finance, to provide scalable solutions that will increase the efficiency and productivity of all team members and the effectiveness of the business and functional teams we support.
- Proactively identify areas for optimization, and design and implement innovative solutions, including technological, operational, and change management remedies. Build and optimize systems and internal and external project management tools that improve and automate processes and synthesize data metrics.
- Design and implement standardized workflows, project frameworks, and steps of process guides that ensure consistency and impact across workstreams and cross-team collaboration.
- Drive impactful executive and management-level presentations, and set, measure, and produce reports on operational metrics and outcomes, and continually improve processes through industry-leading methods.
- Lead training, events, and other strategic programming, including team offsites, that strengthen a team culture of high morale, high performance, and health and sustainability.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, program management certification, paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program, or equivalent practical experience related to this role (previous legal experience is a plus).
- Proven experience helping organizations scale, driving high impact project management, and facilitating cross-functional consensus across multiple teams and countries/time zones. Keen ability to proactively discover and troubleshoot issues to deliver operational and technological improvements.
- Experience independently planning, organizing, and prioritizing time and deadlines to complete job responsibilities in a rapidly scaling environment.
- Clear and effective communicator with a commitment to responsiveness and problem-solving.
- Highly detail-oriented, with superb analytical, research, and writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering impactful solutions at tech companies, startups, consulting firms, or high-growth organizations.
- Extensive experience working with senior department leaders and in operations.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, quick learner with proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
- Demonstrate initiative and an optimistic, resilient, and pragmatic attitude.
- Experienced and certified in Six Sigma or other relevant process optimization frameworks is a plus.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $104711 - $192533 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
