Responsibilities
The TikTok E-commerce Governance Platform Product team is located in five countries: China, SG, UK, Dublin, and US, and is responsible for the efficiency and experience of the governance strategy operation ,strategy products team, building a global governance and control platform and operation tools, and providing efficient products solutions for multi-market and multi-risk scenarios governance.
1. Responsible for the operation of global e-commerce governance engine products, including internal risk control platform, external business talent violation center, and appeal center, etc;
2. Be responsible for planning and building the product operation system of the governance engine;
3. Establish monitoring index system, conduct data traction, sort out GTM system and process, and improve product penetration and satisfaction;

4. Formulate the cooperation system between product, RD team and regional / global operation teams, converge and filter the product problems feedback by operators, merchants and experts, output effective solutions and improve product capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. 3 years of experience in product design, marketing and strategy in the internet industry. E-commerce experience in a related domain is a plus.
2. Proven experience in influencing product development and strategy using quantitative and qualitative market insights.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable navigating global organizational structures and aligning objectives with cross-functional teams.
4. Strong analytical skills and a bias for action, comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial and error iterations, and constantly improving.
Preferred Qualifications
1. A Bachelor degree or a Masters degree in related fields (Computer Science, MBA, Economics, Data Science) preferred.
2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, organizational coordination, and ability to handle pressure, with a result-oriented mindset.
3. A good understanding and practical experience of back-end technology, platform products, or models.
