About the team
The User Growth (UG) Department leads TikTok's growth efforts for expanding our user base and building our community. We provide strategic growth plans and leverage various marketing, product, and analytical methods to achieve and sustain fast growth. The UG team has a series of mature product growth levers and is proficient in applying them to various businesses. At the same time, we also build new solutions to help the business achieve impactful breakthroughs. We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic operator to support incentive product operations across the AMS regions. This role requires strong business development expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a growth mindset to elevate our incentive products to the next level.

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic GTM partnerships that unlock new opportunities for incentive product growth and user acquisitions.
- Leverage business development experience to source, evaluate, and negotiate collaborations that enhance the reach and impact of incentive products.
- Track and analyze campaign performance data to derive localized insights and inform product and marketing strategies.
- Lead the collection and resolution of user feedback related to incentive campaigns, ensuring swift issue resolution and continuous UX improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, data teams, regional stakeholders, and other XFN partners to drive alignment and deliver against ambitious growth targets.
- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and inspire cross-regional teams and partners.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development, growth operations, or GTM strategy, preferably in the tech or consumer internet industry
- Proven track record of driving successful partnerships and launching impactful user acquisition initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and influence strategy
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and data functions in a fast-paced environment

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100000 - $180000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
