About the team
Our team leads new product feature initiatives and collaborates across all product verticals within TikTok to drive and implement strategic direction.
We are seeking a passionate, committed, and experienced Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for new product features GTM plan and working cross-functionally across all product verticals. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping and executing TikTok's global product strategy.

Responsibilities
- Lead product operations for international short-video creator products, driving adoption and penetration of key features through creator education, large-scale global events, top-tier creator showcases, and structured task systems.

- Develop a deep understanding of users, creators, content ecosystems, and product functionalities to identify challenges, gather feedback, and refine operational strategies.
- Independently create required documents and reports, define clear success metrics, conduct post-event analysis, and refine future operational strategies.
- Establish effective cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across Product, Regional Operations, Data Analytics, and other global teams to drive impact and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of experience in product operations, user operations, or strategy operations with creativity within the internet industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from post-event analysis and use data to guide future optimizations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to manage complexity and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong execution and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and overcoming challenges in operational processes.
- Experience with UGC platforms, marketplace models, or experience working with a global team is preferred.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $120000 - $180000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
