Product Marketing Manager - TikTok LIVE

TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and operating content creators. Through strategic planning and creator management, expand the scale of content creators and support their growth within a collaborative and thriving creator community.
1. Responsible for the launch, operation, and performance tracking of international live-streaming revenue products. Promote various live-streaming revenue product features through organizing global or regional events, product training, etc., to enhance revenue and product awareness.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of market and user needs in various regions, gaining insights into regional markets and users, identifying issues, and providing feedback. Drive continuous iteration and optimization of revenue product features in close collaboration with the product team to create an outstanding live-streaming experience.
3. Independently plan related event proposals, set clear goals and measurement indicators, conduct comprehensive reviews of various activities. Consolidate revenue data, summarize successful cases and corresponding methodologies, and support the development of more products and regions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 1 year of product operations or product marketing experience.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
-Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust operation strategies based on data.
-Understanding of the internet industry, with experience in content operation and live streaming platforms preferred.
-Business Level of Japanese verbal and reading/writing skills; in order to communicate with external Stakeholders
-Business Level Chinese as this role involves frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders who can only speak Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Passionate about the live-streaming industry, prior experience in entertainment product operations, including but not limited to gaming, live-streaming, and music, is preferred.
2. Experience in overseas study or work experience is preferred.
