Responsibilities
TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to help businesses and brands address their marketing goals through product solutions and also reflecting key insights back to the product teams for product iteration. The intern will work closely with the APAC Strategy and Operations lead to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. This highly organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams and prioritising the needs of the team.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to the following Internship
- Off-cycle Internship - Starting immediately and can commit for 6 months minimally (at least 4 days a week)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of key strategic projects, including conducting research, performing analysis, and creating presentations.
- Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to analyze product functionality, performance trends and test hypotheses to help shape go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in creating streamlined processes and documentation to communicate product release timelines with sales teams.
- Create reporting and dashboards to analyse and track revenue, trends, and identify optimisation opportunities for our business.
- Support market teams with operational needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Marketing, Advertising, Media or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great customer service skills with experience working with both internal and external partners/customers.
- Data collection and synthesis of that data into consumable reports.
- Strong operations skills with the ability to define process improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
