About The Team
Our team members are responsible for the Trust & Safety Platform Product - Risk and Response. We work closely with cross functional teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, and various relevant internal teams to build safety platforms and toolings, to empower internal operations and enforcements with LLM technologies during real world harm events or trends, to safeguard the platform across different product features.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact Trust & Safety problems and build product/automation solutions with LLM technologies that enhance risk handling efficiency and accuracy;
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as operations, engineering, algorithm teams to understand pain points and translate them into product solutions;

- Define business and tooling metrics for risk handling, evaluate performance through both qualitative and quantitative methods, and drive strategy and product iterations to continuously improve handling effectiveness;
- Help define product roadmaps, write clear PRDs, manage timelines, and drive iterative launches in fast-paced environments;
- Deeply understand the workflows and challenges of risk handling and design solutions that actually work in practice.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 1+ years of experience as a product manager in internet companies, or hands-on experience with LLM (Large Language Model) applications;
- Strong ownership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across time zones and influence global cross-functional teams in ambiguous and fast-paced environments;
- Proficient in data analysis languages such as SQL, with strong logical thinking and analytical skills; capable of systematically breaking down complex problems and quickly identifying key issues;
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies, with experience applying them to drive product development;
- Proficient in prototyping tools such as Axure or Figma, with the ability to create clear and effective product wireframes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the Trust and Safety domain or strategy-focused product management is a plus;
- Basic understanding of how algorithms and LLMs work;
- Educational background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141588 - $234080 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
