Product Manager -TikTok Sports

-Lead product strategy for sports recommendation algorithms; understand recommendation mechanisms and algorithm fundamentals, and collaborate with algorithm teams to validate and iterate strategies.
-Drive the growth of the sports content ecosystem; leverage data feedback to evaluate content, guide distribution strategy, and enhance overall ecosystem health.
-Work closely with recommendation, data analytics, engineering, and operations teams to align resources and drive business success.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or above, with prior experience in content recommendation, ecosystem strategy, or product recommendation preferred.
-Familiarity with recommendation systems, machine learning, and A/B testing is also desirable.
-Passion for content products, with strong data analysis and user insight capabilities; highly self-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
-Excellent cross-cultural communication, coordination, and execution skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $393300 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
