Responsibilities
- Analyze compliance requirements with Legal teams, prioritize problems to solve, and help define creative compliance strategies and product solutions
- Drive the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction of key compliance features across product, engineering, operations, and customer research throughout the regulatory lifecycle and user journey on TikTok
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional and product teams to develop goals, product strategies, and product features to meet regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience in regulatory compliance, privacy, and/or enterprise platforms at a consumer or enterprise company
- 3+ years of experience with user experience design
- Experience in privacy, regulatory compliance, security, policy, law, or other related field
- Strong collaboration and team alignment skills, particularly with cross-functional and global teams
- Experience performing product-oriented quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Experience building 0-1 products
- Technical experience in front-end, backend and/or AI technologies
- 3+ years of experience with user experience design

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149000 - $221400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.
