About the team
TikTok Core Product team's goal is to provide the best user experiences to create, consume, and enjoy content on TikTok. As part of the Core Product team at TikTok, this team is focused on improving reliability, scalability, and security of TikTok account structure. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead account initiatives, run the full stack from infrastructure to applications and grow TikTok ecosystem accounts to a new level.

Responsibilities
- Identify product opportunities, define product problems and drive product solutions of TikTok's account strategies.
- Drive the vision and guide strategic direction of key investment areas in product, development, marketing, operation, customer research and experience throughout business and user journey on TikTok
- Working collaboratively with well-defined goals and milestones across disciplines to bring the right resources, expertise, and experience to cross functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of product management or related industry experience.
- Experience managing and leading teams to drive results.
- Experience working with accounts is preferred.
- Strong detail in leadership, communication, and project management.
- Good understanding of technical realizations and being an adaptive learner of new areas.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building and growing diverse content products.
- Experience in an enterprise level platform.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $246400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
