Responsibilities
About the Team
As a Product Manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will work with teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, product policies, and various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies. You will be working on in-app safety features, technical strategies to improve our Trust and Safety processes, as well as methods to detect and address the risky behaviors and actors in the community. Additionally, you will work on project management to deliver major Trust and Safety product changes. Travel between our global offices is expected.
Responsibilities
- You'll identify risks and leverage in-app product solutions or back-end processes to effectively address the risks, work with the engineering team to implement the product solutions

- You'll define a safety product roadmap, set metrics that inform the success of safety efforts and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success
- You'll develop expertise in one of the product domains, e.g. safety of content, interaction integrity, the integrity of the account, etc.
- You'll develop a robust workflow for cross-team collaboration, manage large-scale product improvement projects to improve community safety
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management
- Ability to design product solutions based on evidence; proven track record of pushing ambitious product, and/or organizational or process changes
- Good cross-functional project management skills, good communication skills; a passion to unite people behind a common goal
- Goal-oriented with a data-driven approach to problem solving. Experience in quantitative data analysis, with working level proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures. Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- You are experienced in product strategy in content safety areas.
- You have an understanding of the landscape and new policy developments in new media, tech, and the entertainment industry
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
