Team Introduction
The Business Integrity team's mission is to uphold ethical advertising on TikTok, and we're looking for teammates who are passionate about fostering best faith business practices toward our global audience.
Product Managers in Business Content Integrity will be part of the Integrity team, working alongside experts in engineering, data science, operations and policy to design ads content integrity products and strategies such as risk control strategies /moderation workflow and tools around business value and user experience to achieve integrity business targets.
Responsibilities
- Passionate about generative AI and big model, understanding of the latest AI technology, responsible for the application and landing of big model in moderation ;
- Combined with the actual business and the current state of AI technology, to provide product solutions, follow up the key technology direction to guide AI in the business ;
- Responsible for the impacts of big model in business result , participate in the model and algorithm iteration, provide product and business perspective for model iteration;
- Dig potential demand, track market trends, and timely adjust product direction through data analysis, user research, product analysis;
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above with 2 years AI product work experience;
- Familiar with AI related products and application scenarios, experience in big model, NLP, machine learning, strategy, etc;
- Have deep understanding of AI, optimistic and positive mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution, with English communication skills
Preferred Qualification
- Have good demand insight, business analysis and communication and coordination skills, able to independently complete the product function design and form product solutions
