About the team
Ad Platform within Global Monetization is the team responsible for Advertiser experience, and delivers our flagship products, Tiktok Ad Manager and Tiktok Business Center.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development in Tiktok Ad Platform, continuously improve ad solutions to provide better customer ROI and satisfaction
- Analyze and diagnose business problems, opportunities and risks, and then define strategy and roadmap. Define key metrics to evaluate business outcomes and progress
- Work globally and cross-functionally with engineers, UX, data analysts, product marketing managers and other cross-functional partners for successful development and go-to-market efforts
- Constantly evolve processes and resources to improve the delivery speed and quality

Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience
-many years experience in online advertising or search engines in a product management function
- Deep understanding of and experience in digital advertising
- Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
-Ability to define product strategy
-Strong collaborator, proven track record of building relationships cross functionally with key stakeholders
- Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience building Enterprise UI products
-Experience in Ads
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $250120 - $616000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
