Responsibilities
Oversee the Process Engineering and Design team to advise fulfilment and transportation operations.
Identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain, including building design, material handling, inventory management, and logistics.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to streamline processes, improve lead times, and reduce supply chain risks.
Evaluate new technologies and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the supply chain.
Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and reliability in product launch processes and operations including developing and implementing testing protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, process improvements, and performance metrics.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Conduct cost analysis studies to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and to review and optimize infrastructure and product designs for scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Analytics (any), Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Analytics (any), Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Developing metrics and key performance indicators, including cost and supply chain operational targets, to measure and improve procurement and/or supply chain performance;
Working with cross-functional teams to design and build self-serve data analysis solutions;
Performing product refinement by designing and conducting usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights;
Defining product requirements and optimizing product user experience (UX) by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs;
Utilizing CAD software to create dynamics blocks, warehouse layouts, and standards for existing and future warehouse changes; and
Utilizing simulation tools, including Flexsim, to test scenarios in warehouses from process model inputs to validate traffic in work areas and drive aisles.
Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 20%.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $173950 - $334400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
