The Global TikTok Operations and Trust & Safety Team ensures that the quality of our products meets the expectations and needs of our users. They are passionate that our products help to empower and bring joy to our global community.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Global Head of TikTok Operations and Trust & Safety. These teams collectively drive our goal to the most trusted and safe platform connecting people with diverse content. You'll own calendar management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements, and project organization and communications across multiple timezones and stakeholders. You will be expected to work with minimal guidance, take action on urgent priorities, and act with a high level of discretion when handling confidential information. This role is focused on ensuring the leader's day-to-day calendar, engagements, logistics and support are managed seamlessly and proactively, anticipating needs that may arise before being asked.

Responsibilities
- Optimize time through effective calendar management and scheduling, coordinating internal and external meetings such as staff and business planning and review meetings;
- Organizing and booking travel arrangements, including creating detailed travel itineraries, supporting travel and expense arrangements;
- Coordinate people and processes to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results;
- Schedule and coordinate special events and meetings as needed (company events, off-sites, lunch/ dinner engagements/ business reviews/ all hands, etc)
- Support all ad-hoc day-to-day activities including supporting communication with internal and external stakeholders;
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate fast-paced environment with little room for error;
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks with flawless execution of administrative activities and high attention to detail;
- Strong calendar management with specific experience managing complex, global calendars and working across different cultures and timezones;
- Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work-style;
- Experience dealing with a high degree of discretion and ability to keep information confidential;
Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity;
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting a C-level executive with the ability to anticipate needs and provide high-level executive support;
- Proven ability to take initiative and handle ambiguity to resolve tactical constraints;
- Ability to anticipate needs, provide high-level executive administrative support and project management tasks
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $188522 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
