Responsibilities:
- Support the team in reviewing seller qualifications for onboarding as Mall
- Assist with data analysis to generate reports and track performance metrics
- Facilitate internal communications, including drafting messages and coordinating with relevant clusters and Account Managers (AMs) on project updates
- Address inquiries from AMs regarding Mall-related processes and initiatives
- Collaborate with the team on seller education, troubleshooting issues, and providing regular project status updates
- Perform various administrative tasks and assist with problem resolution as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a closely related discipline
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and flawless formatting
- Highly motivated to deepen knowledge in social commerce, demonstrating enthusiasm and proactive initiative
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Collaborative mindset with adaptability to evolving challenges and a willingness to embrace change
- Prior experience in consulting is an advantage
