Physical Security Systems Manager - EMEA
Responsibilities
Team Intro
The Physical Security Technology and Projects team is part of the Corporate Services department and we aim to provide employees with a safe working environment through integrated intelligent system construction, efficient system operation and maintenance, and working area construction based on security strategy, etc. Our team focuses on how to use systematic tools to support physical security management and safeguard the company's operations globally.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the physical security systems service program. Including: routine service, preventive & reactive maintenance, and system operations.
- Support the selection and management of security integrators performing hardware installations, system programming, troubleshooting and repairs.
- Lead projects and break-fix tickets within your region while also focusing on team development, coaching, creating efficiencies, and scaling the team's bandwidth.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with guard teams, facilities, procurement, IT and security system vendors.
- Present service program-related metrics, reports, trends, vendor performance, and provide weekly reports for leadership.
- Influence the development of physical security system standards and policies.
- Provide updates on project status, tasks, and system health to security leadership.
- Perform security job walks and provide presentations to security leadership on recommended security designs.
- Support the programming of security devices.
- Drive continuous improvement via lessons learned and root cause analysis of any issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing enterprise-level security systems (such as access control, video surveillance, intercom systems, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience as a security systems project manager with an understanding of project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Understanding of networking principles (IP addressing, LAN vs WAN, etc.)
- Deep expertise in a variety of CCTV and Physical Access Control systems.
- Experience leading and managing 3rd party security integrators on security installations with budgets of at least $1M, including coordination of structured cabling, electronic locking systems, CAD drawings, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPM, or similar.
- Prior experience working at a multinational company (tech/media/entertainment preferred).
- Ability to adapt to different tools and leverage them to enhance the program.
- Lenel OnGuard Certification (Advanced access or higher).
- Experience coordinating among partner teams with different backgrounds and within a fast-paced working environment.
