About the Team
The Performance & Incentive(P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentive and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The P&I team works on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.

Responsibilities
- Conduct and support market intelligence efforts related to compensation, performance, and incentive practices across industries and regions. Gather, analyze, and interpret external data sources to inform internal program design;
- Assist in benchmarking compensation and incentive structures through research on industry peers, market trends, and third-party survey data;
- Translate market findings into actionable insights to support the design, review, and optimization of Performance and Incentives policies and frameworks;
- Support other Performance and Incentives programs through data preparation, policy evaluation, and cross-functional coordination as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, statistics, economics, human resources, organizational behavior, psychology, finance, accounting, or a related discipline;
- Excellent analytical and market research skills, with the ability to identify trends and synthesize findings from multiple sources;
- Effective communicator and team collaborator;
- Must have legal work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work eligibility during employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interest in Performance and Incentives topics, with a particular focus on compensation compliance research, compensation policy design;
