Responsibilities
- Build, improve, and monitor business processes that detect and prevent fraudulent activities and ensure user safety in various scenarios including transactions, KYC, after-sales, and seller-creator affiliation by developing forward-looking risk control strategies through analyzing user behavior, content, user feedback, and other data.
- Drive quantitative analysis projects from start to finish regarding fraud solutions issues by developing Business Intelligence metrics and analytical frameworks and all aspects of data analysis, and distill complex results into clear and concise insights.
- Develop data-driven models and find actionable insights through funnels, cohort analyses, user segmentation, retention analyses and regression models to help improve fraud solutions for products and apps.
- Create statistical models and conduct graphic analysis to facilitate management's decisions related to technical product development solutions or initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve anti-fraud process and projects, and design common risk control products and services.
- Cooperate with tech and analytics team, build and improve risk perception, identification, intervention and governance effect measurement systems, and design common risk control products and services that can support different businesses.
- Reduce capital loss and improve metrics related to risk exposure by building a systematic framework of risk management to cover the entire life-cycle of business.
- Manage prioritization and balance trade-offs among seller experience, user experience, creator experience, and platform performance / protection within the ecosystem.
- Engage with various business, operation, tech and security/risk stakeholders to solve risk problems at scale.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
- Using SQL queries and data visualization tools to gather, process, visualize, and analyze large quantities of data to detect trends and anomalies in support of business opportunity identification;
- Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to mitigate insufficiencies models based on model performance, regulations, and business requirements;
- Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data to support the monitoring and evaluation of internet product performance using SQL, Python, and R;
- Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results);
- Performing end-to-end product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams in product conceptualization, design, development and implementation/deployment; and
- Using Product Management tools, including JIRA and MS Office, to write detailed technical product requirement and user stories.

Travel Requirement: Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% required.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $174117 - $296020 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
