From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals through TikTok for Business, no matter how big or small.

About the Role:
As a vital member of the SMB Growth team, this role requires close collaboration with vertical product growth, in-market sales leadership, acquisition, and operations teams in a rapidly evolving environment. Key skills for success include the ability to establish global vendor operations, prioritize effectively, problem-solve, foster cross-functional alignment, and serve as the expert for our advertising platform and ecosystem. Ideal candidates will possess experience in sales management, team leadership, working with media products, and familiarity with SMB marketing.

Affiliate is one the most promising growth channels for SMB. As referrer, affiliate refers new advertisers to us to win commission fee. This channel is sustainable with its high-speed growth and high-quality advertisers. This job role is strategy operation for affiliate program in growth department.

Responsibilities
1. Drive global new affiliate acquisition by working closely with vendors to improve performance and working closely with product to maximize AI SDR efficiency
2. Design affiliate onboarding and nurturing journey and strategy to improve activation rate and drive existing affiliates growth
3. Understand different types of affiliates in different regions with scalable growth insights. Customize regional strategy to better fit for market with regional team
4. Design sustainable incentive strategy to continually improve program ROI

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. A great customer centric mindset, can always prioritize customers' value and experience in developing strategies and products.
2. Strong goal driven sense and data sense, good at identifying and focusing on key growth opportunities from data analysis and customer researches.
3. Experience partnering with international colleagues across multiple time zones and cultures, capable of thriving in ambiguity and adapting quickly to change.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Passion for SMB growth and partnership growth. Scalable mindset.
2. Strong knowledge of data skills, able to build and deep dive to insights on your own
3. 0-1 starter, 0-1 program/work experience. Think bold.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills for internal XFN and external negotiation.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $244888 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
