About the position
We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative Partner Program Operations Manager to join our LATAM Creators and Partners Ecosystem team. This role is critical to driving the operational excellence of the TikTok Creative Exchange (TTCX) partner program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and evolving the end-to-end lifecycle of creative partners, from sourcing and onboarding to education, performance acceleration, communications, and program operations.

You will play a key role in ensuring that our partner ecosystem can meet the increasing demand for high-quality creative assets while maintaining strong internal alignment and partner satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Independently identify, source, and develop high-impact creative partnerships that support TikTok's business objectives.
- Monitor and assess partner supply to ensure alignment with platform demand across products, formats, and markets.
- Design and implement scalable partnership models and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive education track for partners, covering platform knowledge, policies, and creative best practices.
- Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and recurring challenges, updating processes and documentation accordingly.
- Build and deliver compelling presentations that communicate strategic vision, product opportunities, and partner value.
- Manage direct relationships with strategic partners, leading onboarding, contract negotiation, and ongoing engagement.
- Act as a key internal advocate for partners, resolving technical, operational, and integration challenges in collaboration with internal teams.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to position creative solutions alongside TikTok ad products and surface innovation opportunities.
- Drive adoption of products and programs across the partner ecosystem.
- Represent TikTok in high-level external meetings, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of our platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop impactful strategies and align on execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years in partner-facing roles, ideally in creative or advertising industries.
- Track record in sourcing and closing strategic deals.
- Experience with creator agencies, production teams, or creative tools.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder collaboration.
- Skilled in presenting to senior internal and external audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish due to supporting clients in the LATAM region
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in partner-facing roles, ideally in creative or advertising industries.
- Fluency in Portuguese, due to supporting clients in the LATAM region.
- Experience collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones.
