Organizational Effectiveness Partner - Trust & Safety
Responsibilities

About the Team
You will be a key member of the dynamic, fast-paced Trust and Safety HR Organizational Effectiveness team, with responsibility for talent and organisational development-related initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Partner with HRBPs and multiple stakeholders across our business units to provide impactful talent solutions that are aligned to the business' needs.
- Design and deliver engaging talent management programmes, including talent review and succession planning through identification of critical positions and talent for succession planning.
- Implement, track and report on talent development action plans in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Partner with HRBPs/business leaders to develop competency frameworks for positions, ensuring skills and capabilities are clearly defined for effective talent management and career development.
- Utilise talent analytics to inform decision-making and assess the effectiveness of programs and processes.
- Utilise organisational diagnostic and people analytics insights to assess organizational efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., measuring headcount and org structure efficiency, productivity, adequate performance differentiation, etc.).
- Closely collaborate with and advise key stakeholders globally, understand their business, strategic and organizational needs, and provide customised solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Support with various OE projects such as performance management, org design, workforce planning etc as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working in HR or consulting, with expertise in talent and organisational development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (fluency in English) with an ability to visualize and report insights creatively in a variety of formats.
- Excellent execution skills, attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency with managing and analysing data, and drawing out insights.
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy, is self-driven and can own and drive complex projects.
- Adept at working collaboratively and at a fast pace, with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders across the globe.
- A degree in a relevant field such as HR, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, behavioral economics, business or equivalent is desirable.
Preferred Qualification:
- Prior experience supporting and working in a Tech Business environment is preferred.
