Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Responsibilities:
- Support the operational and administrative process of new potential agencies onboarding and document verification.
- Lead database management through the business development conversion funnel.
- Responsible for potential new agency leads communication channels management.
- Support the execution of TikTok LIVE Latam's agency growth strategy for recruiting, retaining, and helping creators grow in their career as LIVE creators on the platform.
- Conduct day-to-day management operations with agency POCs to materialize and iterate strategic programs to deliver business results.
- Support both internal teams and agencies to carry out in-app and out-of-app campaigns through agencies and agency creators.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Resumes must be submitted in English
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree
- Experience with internet creator economy such as content, advertisement, e-commerce, brand sponsorship, music, gaming, live streaming, etc.
- Strong numeric and communication skills with different types of stakeholders.
- Committed to strongly engage with a blossoming, fast moving digital industry.
- Eager to learn while partnering with digital content stakeholders, achieving results, and supporting decision making based on numeric data.
- Good teamwork skills, priority awareness, and a sense of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on driving business parameters forward
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
